Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with MAEN Health. We aim to process and deliver your order quickly and reliably.

How much is shipping?

We offer complimentary standard shipping (5–8 business days) for all U.S. orders. Packages are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on location and shipping method selected.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders are shipped on the schedule you select at checkout. Processing and delivery times are the same as standard orders.

  • You will be billed automatically before each shipment.

  • Tracking details will be sent by email once your subscription order has shipped.

  • Cancelations apply to future shipments only and do not affect orders already processed or shipped.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

  • U.S. Orders: Sales tax may apply at checkout depending on your state.

  • International Orders: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

When will my order ship?

Please allow 1 business day for order processing before shipment. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

How long will it take my package to arrive?

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 5–8 business days

  • Economy Shipping: 3–5 business days (upgrade available at checkout)

  • International Shipping: 6–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive an automated email with your tracking details once your order ships. Please note it can take up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged/defective product, please email hello@maenhealth.com with your order number, name, and photos of the issue. Once confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Yes, we ship internationally. Processing takes 1–2 business days, with delivery estimated at 6–14 business days depending on destination.

International Rates (Est. USD):

  • United Kingdom: $10.99 – $19.97

  • Europe*: $10.99 – $19.97

  • Canada: $10.99 – $19.97

  • Japan: $10.99 – $19.97

*European countries currently include: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.

If your country is not listed, we currently do not ship there. Please email us at hello@maenhealth.com to request that we add your country in the future.
